I searched high & low for a DHL service partner that accepts Returns in Eastern Singapore. Finally found KingHub at Oasis Terraces in Punggol! The shop is right at the escalator from the basement carpark. The person in charge Mr Charles was super helpful & friendly. He was serving another customer but knew that my transaction was only going to be a few minutes & he quickly attended to me while the other customer was looking at the product. Mr Charles is very experienced in handling DHL matters & he settled my case swiftly. Within minutes, I received SMS & email acknowledgements that my parcel has been transferred to DHL custody. This is a much more positive transaction than the one I had with another DHL service partner in Changi a few years ago. Thank you very much Mr Charles.
